Rev. Dominic Yeo
General Superintendent

Blessed greetings!

Thank you for your vote of confidence in me to assume the role of the General Superintendent.

Many of you have sent me notes of congratulations. I want to thank you for your support, encouragement and prayers.

The process of change can be a very vulnerable one as the devil comes to "steal, kill and destroy." We must be mindful of his schemes and press in to pray that that which God is birthing in this new prophetic season for the Assemblies of God of Singapore will not be snuffed out, stolen or destroyed.

We are all busy ministers, diligent in the work of His ministry and faithful in the pastoring of the flock He has given us. But let us not neglect the place of prayer - that place of intimacy, intercession and interaction where God deposits in our spirit and mind, His purposes and plans. Prayer aligns us to His heart, His will and His direction.

For some of you, your family is in dire need of coming together to pray. The family altar of worship and intercession needs to be repaired and restored. For others who have been relying on 'a tank that is low in fuel' for your ministry, it is time to top up and re-fuel in the Spirit through this place of prayer. Then there are those whom God has expanded you to carry His heart for the nation or nations in prayer-don't neglect that call and that gift.

Prayer opens our eyes to His revelation, unites us for His purpose and prepares us for what is ahead. Together, let's walk in tandem with His timing and design for our lives, our families, our churches and the Assemblies of God as a Movement!
